Are You Organized In 2005?
Happy New Year to You!
I don’t know about you… but I spent the first two weeks of 2005 trying to get organized.
And I’m happy with the results.
So WHAT did I accomplish?
Lots.
Firstly, I did a personal audit of my daily schedule.
Here’s what I realized…
I spend about an hour each day managing my e-mails.
(I have a total of five different e-mail accounts and three different e-mail programs!)
Here’s the shocking revelation…
Half of the time was spent clearing SPAM from my Inbox!
I knew there had to be a way to solve this problem.
Luck had it that a good friend of mine called me up one day to complain of the SPAM problem too!
He recommended me an anti-spam software which another friend had recommended him.
The anti-spam software is called MailWasher Pro.
Unfortunately, it’s not a free software… but I gladly purchased it because my TIME is worth MUCH MORE than the cost of this software.
(You can download a free-trial version of MailWasher here.
MailWasher Pro is an awesome time-saving tool that comes with a sophisticated built-in learning filter that actually “learns” which e-mails you like to receive and which e-mails you don’t (i.e. SPAM).
Ever since I started using MailWasher Pro, I now save at least half an hour each day.
Apart from increasing my efficiency in sorting my e-mails, I’ve also spent some time consolidating all my domains from multiple web hosts into a central web host.
I’ve also organized my multiple mailing lists and consolidated them such that I’ll be sending out e-mails to my main internet marketing list via BizSuccessOnline, domain.
I’m about done with my ‘internal efficiency project’.
And I’ll share with you my ‘Online Plans for 2005′ in a subsequent post.
Till later!
Warmly,
Fabian
