Well, I must admit I’ve been on Twitter.com for quite a while.
 
This explains why I was able to secure my exact first and last name on twitter i.e. http://www.twitter.com/fabianlim

(In marketing, this is called ‘first mover advantage’!)

But it is only recently that I got caught up in the Twitter ‘bug’, thanks to Joel Comm’s excellent book (yeah physical book) Twitter Power: How to Dominate Your Market One Tweet at a Time .

I purchased Twitter Power from the huge Barnes & Noble store in Bellvue, Washington, USA and read it from cover to cover.

It is an excellent book and highly recommended.

Being the focused guy that I am, I then spent the next two days exploring the web downloading and testing various Twitter tools and resources.

I’m happy to report that I garnered my first 100 followers in less than 24 hours… and no, I did not use any black-hat software to acheive this.
