Free Marketing Lesson By Seth Godin

Submitted by on April 7, 2006 – 9:59 pm3 Comments

Here’s a free marketing lesson by best-selling author and entrepreneur, Seth Godin.

If this name does not ring a bell to you, its likely you are:
1) new to the internet
2) new to marketing or
3) all of the above!

Seth Godin is a marketing genius and has written several best-selling books, including:
- Unleashing The Ideavirus
- PurpleCow
- Permission Marketing
- The Big Red Fez
- Survival Is Not Enough
- Free Prize Inside
- All Marketers Are Liars (Newly Released)

This 48 minutes video, filmed during Seth Godin’s presentation to a group of Google employees, illustrates several really interesting lessons in marketing – including the importance of “telling a great story” (which ties in very nicely with his new book All Marketers Are Liars :D )

So lock yourself in your room, switch off your mobile phone, grab your notepad and pen, and start taking down notes – because this is one video you don’t want to miss!
