Your Greatest Internet Marketing Challenge
I spent a large part of 2007 helping over 1,500 people succeed online through my 2 days ‘live’ Internet Marketing Bootcamps.
A number of my students are now taking home a five-figure income, and some have even quit their day jobs to become full-time internet marketers.

First, you need to create a realistic plan, stay focused and determined..
… then acquire and apply the necessary skills to get your online business up-and-running.
Let me break it down…
When setting your 2008 plan, set a realistic goal. Don’t be unrealistic in your goal setting! This is a common mistake I see students make.
Aiming for USD1 million in annual income won’t do you any good if you have not even made your FIRST USD1,000.
If you have not yet achieved ANY online income, I suggest you just aim to make YOUR FIRST SALE.
Once you have achieved your FIRST SALE, then aim for your FIRST USD1,000.
If you generated your FIRST SALE and know how to repeat the process, it’ll be a matter of time before you hit your FIRST USD1,000.
Then you should start focusing on achieving your FIRST USD10,000 and beyond.
So, set realistic financial goals for your online business and you’ll find it easier to achieve them.
More importantly, when you achieve the little goals, your achievement will encourage and motivate you to invest more time and resources to achieve bigger goals.
Then you simply rinse and repeat.
It is REALLY THAT SIMPLE to succeed online!
It isn’t hard, but remember, you also need to learn and apply the right techniques to achieve the right results.
By this I mean, you need to know what skills you need to acquire to succeed online.
For example, if you are into pay-per-click advertising as a primary traffic generation method, then learn as much as you can about PPC marketing and APPLY it in your online business.
The more you learn and apply, the more you’ll earn – I GUARANTEE it!
At the same time, you also need to learn to overcome ANY challenges along the way - be it time, money, resources, know-how etc.
Challenges are road blocks to success, and you need to get them out the way as soon as possible!

Yes, a consistent effort would definitely pay off in the long run.
However, the biggest challenge for me is to develop a blueprint for long term trust building thru’ better relationship marketing. With the trust barrier broken down, it would definitely faciliate the Sales and Conversion process.

My IM goals for 2008 (better late than never) are:
1) To achieve monthly income of $5,000 per month by Dec 31, 2008.
Checkpoints:
~ Apr monthly $500
~ Jul monthly $1,000
~ Oct monthly $3,000
2) Complete 5 niche websites by Dec 31, 2008.
Checkpoints:
~ 1st niche website by Apr 30
~ 1 niche website for every 2 months thereafter.
3) Mentor newbies on 2 subjects via the WIA program.
4) Develop consultancy business and help 3 SMEs to go online profitably.
5) Release 1 original product to market by Oct 31, 2008.

I plan to earn my first US$1000 in 1 month.
For this time I hope you can help me in PPC, because I have just started to make some sales but the ad-words cost is still higher compare to my earning. Please give your guidance to overcome this. For example how to select the product which quite popular but not many competition from amazon, clickbank, commission junction or other affiliate program, etc.

Thank you for this opportunity.At moment I am concentrating for my first sale.
For starting I am using a blog for Amazon affiliate but is not workable. I realised this technique did not suit for my first sale, then I should start other techniques such as ppc to generate my first sale (still learning).
My next challenge are to get progressive income from Internet marketing:
- Jan my first sale.
- Mar $ 500/over
- Jun $ 1,000/over
- Sept $ 2,500/over
Mentor newbies via the WIA program.
I hope I could overcome my I.M challenge year 2008.

I have been pushing had to ensure i made back whatever tuition fee paid..
-Sarted to action on PPC right after IMB in Oct’07
-Made my 1st $100 in Nov’07
-Made next $300 in Dec’07
-Currently still counting
-Aim to hit my 1st $1000 by End-Feb’08
I believe i’m being realistic, and will take it further from there.
Despite some progress, i still find it tough & challenging – the bigest “wall” – being myself!
My job requires me to be online many hours a day, and i will NOT forgive myself if i dont
make use of the opportunities to create a passive income stream out of it.
I will write again at next stop : $1000.

I made my first sale, a couple of dollars, at a cost of around S$200, using Adwords PPC. As it was not cost effective and not much time to monitor, i stopped….the cost per click kept increasing!!
My internet marketing challenge “WAS” hosting problem!
My goals for 2008:
1) Affiliate Marketing – Amazon (will strive again) US$1000 by June 2008. Since i do not have a full time job, therefore no income, my budget is limited. Any suggestions to a good niche where there are sufficient clicks to reach my goal but without spending too much?
2) create as many rip2it websites as possible to create at least US$97 per month to cover my monthly subsciription fee after the free 120-day trial
3) make full use of the Bootcamp bonus (don’t really know how to price the products and give what type of bonus) to create passive income.
4) improve on my internet marketing skills to create passive monthly income of US$3,000 by 31 Dec 2008
5) Get at least 10 members on World Internet Academy by 31 Dec 2008 to generate passive income.

It’d hard to get it DONE when the ideas turn into a dough with too much yeast and sugar… growing faster and bigger than you could work on it.
I signup with the LTP course with enthusisasm and am very excited to learn new things in the internet marketing arena. However, I am really considered a newbie in the internet marketing area. other participants are coming from the IMB, if not, they are some kind of expert in their own sense with experience gained. My challenge is to learn all the new tools properly and harness ALL the basics within my own targeted time with discipline.

So I will put effort to achieve my internet marketing goal in 2008
1) Focus on preparation in building my online business – target BEP of training investment within first 3 months of 2008
2) To be first group of affiliates partner with World Internet Academy starting from January 2008 and grow my downline to 5,000 active members by end 2008
3) Launch succesfull campaign for amazon product and some other affiliates partner soon!
4) To be advanced in my own home-based internet business and to be professional certified in internet marketing within 1 year!
5)To be part of profesional leader for World Internet Academy and support WIA for IPO preparation within 3 years

My greatest Internet Markeitng Challenge:
1. To get started – there are so much information that I’m quite confused. So I’m determined to get started with PPC on Amazon.com and my goal is to get the first sale before end of February.
2. How to build a landing page which will further enhance my PPC campaign. I am lost and don’t know where to get step by step on how to do this.
3. While looking for suitable products to promote on the Internet, I’m overwhelm with the what is available and when I found one it seems there are more problems against it.
4. I wanted to promote those free programs that were given at IMB but again I am lost technically on how to do a auto down load of these information products. Is there a step by step on how to do this autoresponder or auto download?

Hey Fabian, My greatest internet marketing challenge for me is actually my time management same as Hendri. However I have another challenge… it is actually my wife who didn’t believe that we can make money online… lot’s of money… well it is my job to make sure that it is highly profitable to do business online… so yeah.. thx for giving me the ability and self-confidence to start making money online!
